Coach-me-first coaching program

Through my own experiences and of others’, I have seen how transformative and effective the experience working with a coach can be (both for the coach and the person being coached). I have always encouraged others to give coaching a serious consideration whenever the opportunity arises. Unfortunately, not everyone may have available resources at the time when the coaching is really needed. 

At the end of 2017 I was approached by a single parent who suddenly found herself having to look for a new job after being forced to leave her previous company. Despite existing financial burden raising her young child and without a stream of regular income at that time, she reached out to me nonetheless for possibility of coaching. I decided to work with her as a coach on the basis that she would only pay me after she finds a job. Needles to say that her dedication, commitment and patience paid off when she landed on a bigger role than the one she had in the previous company a couple of months later. Working with her has inspired me to keep the concept of ‘coaching first, pay later’ and start the Coach-Me-First Coaching Program. I hope that it will provide more deserving individuals access to coaching experience that will help them reaching their goal.
